Return and complains

If you want to return your order, you will find all the information here.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, without giving a reason.

Send the form

Send the completed and signed return form to us: by e-mail: kontakt@uritam.com

or

Pack the merchandise with the return form filled out.

Step 3

Send the product

Send it by the Polish Post or a selected courier to our address::

When will you receive your refund?

We will execute the return within 14days from the date of delivering the parcel to the address above.

How will you receive your refund?

We will refund you in the same way that you used to pay for the order or in the manner indicated in the withdrawal form.

 

Remember !

  • you can return factory sealed products.
  • you send the returned products to us at your own expense – we do not accept COD ( cash on delivery ) shipments.
  • the refund is the equivalent of the price of the returned products and the cost of delivery of the order up to the amount corresponding to the cheapest delivery option
  • the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to products delivered in sealed packaging, if they are opened, they cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons *
